Convenient, comfy, and warm

The ThermaQuilt is great and versatile. It kept me warm on the lake in October. For longer backpacking trips, I’ll upgrade to the down hammock. For quick fun trips, this is perfect.

Nice blanket. Poor customer service

The blanket I ordered arrived defective with a detached pullstring in the hood. I’ve emailed customer service twice for help in the last month and have received no reply. Be mindful of this when you buy from Grand Trunk.

Great product, tight squeeze for 2X-3X

I'm not sure why I thought the weight rating (" capacity: 500 lbs. ") was for how big a person would fit comfortably, completely the zipped-up ThermaQuilt, but it was a tight fit for me (2x-3x), leaving little to no room to move in the torso region and no 360-degree coverage.

I left the quilt zipped over my legs and needed a second blanket to keep warm as it could not be zipped up to my shoulders, so it felt more like a ThermaQuilt 270.

My solution? I still like the product, so I bought a second ThermaQuilt on sale and will be sewing it into a wedge shape so I can enjoy my plus-size hammock camping adventures without being squeezed.
