Super cozy

I’ve only used the hammock in 40 degree temps but it kept me incredibly warm. The UQ portion might be a little tight but it doesn’t seem to affect the performance. I only wish it came in a color other than teal.

So impressed I actually wrote a review.

I've used other hammocks as camping bed many times in the past. Usually for our Alberta summers the temps get down to 10C, past that the lack of insulation from all sides makes them usually too chilly without an extensive set up that tents start looking preferred.

Two nights ago I trialled this one in -8C, light wind late November night and was very surprised. I'm 205lbs 5'11, with my insulated coveralls on I was just under those sweating warm temps. Perfectly cozy. Although there are no mosquitos I suspect zipped up with a bug net headpiece it would be completely bug proof as well for other seaons, the underquilt is too thick to be bitten through unlike a stand alone regular hammock.

Has enough room inside for a little angled flat laying, and a blanket but probably not for two people, although might be possible with two smaller folks than myself.

I was impressed enough I bought the down evo as well to keep in my truck full time as aside from anything past -10c I'd say this could handle it with clothes on in a worst case scenario.

Also, it's not stated but I see no reason this couldn't be used as a sleeping bag/blanket if a tent was around with open space.

Really just a versatile piece of gear that I have no regrets owning two of.

I couldn't believe how good it is.

Did an overnight camp in the Pacific Northwest it rained hard I had my hammock tarp over my new Grand Trunk .I was so surprised how warm I was when temperatures got down to round 36°.. Plus, this hammock is very easy to set up, to get in and out of. I'm very happy with this hammock.
