Excellent for tall people sitting down

I've taken this stool on two backpacking trips with my family. I love it. At 6'5" most portable stools take a lot of work for me to squat into and a lot more work to stand up. This one is an ideal height to sit with the stove while two of our Grand Trunk hammocks keep watch.

Just Right!

Recently upgraded to the Compass 360 XT Swivel Stool from a fixed stool. The freedom that the swivel allows is awesome, as is the extra height. I'm only 6 ft. tall, but the extra height is just right. Very solid construction and great design (super compact)--worth the money.

Loving it so far!

I will be prepared for next January community fire circle at HangCon in Florida with my 360 XT swivel stool! Easy to turn and talk to people, easy to carry to fire and move around. I can sell some of my larger camp chairs because this is perfect!

The BEST travel chair!

I bought this for my husband to use on our Yellowstone road trip, but I’ve adopted it for myself, it’s perfect for EVERTHING, it was great at the park watching Old Faithful, sitting creekside in the sun, taking breaks on little hikes, but I use it routinely for the grandkids sporting events, trips to the playground, trips to the beach, even an extra chair at the dinner table, it’s easy to carry, ensemble, and equally comfortable!
